About Ginny

Ginny edits the case-study library on Explore Agentic, which is mostly the discipline of turning a live deployment into something a reader can check. The Uptempo Group byline is the model: a healthcare data agent that made multi-database records queryable in plain English, carrying a headline figure of more than 100 analyst hours reclaimed per month and an explicit account of where that figure came from.

The editing work is largely subtraction — separating the outcome a named customer will stand behind from the one the slide deck claims, insisting on the baseline a percentage is measured against, and keeping the qualitative wins (less toil, faster onboarding, fewer escalations) in the story without dressing them up as financials. Ginny also reviews the retail conversational-analytics reporting work and negotiates with named customers on what is both safe and useful to publish. Expect outcomes that come with a source and a denominator.
